Ingredientes:
3 manzanas (aproximadamente y preferiblemente amarillas)
lámina de hojaldre
Medio paquete de nueces
1 huevo
Good morning! Today I show you a recipe, yes .. I know it’s Tuesday and you surely do not be much time to put you to try new recipes, but you can start gathering the ingredients to prove the weekend;)
ingredients:
3 apple (approximately)
pastry sheet
Half a pack of nuts
1 egg
Brick little cream
Spoonful of Sugar
Preparation:
We put the nuts in a bag and, with the help of a rolling pin, crush into small pieces. We extend the puff pastry and we covered the mold with it (for non-stick you can put baking paper under). This day only had round container, so we had to cut the dough. Cover the bottom with nuts and we placing all apple pieces until covered. I show the photos and follow:
We put the bowl in the oven 15min (preheated). Meanwhile, in a saucepan, mix the cream brick with an egg and a tablespoon of sugar (unheated). We took the cake from the oven, pour the mixture and return to get other 15 min (temperature above and below 220º.)
Y listo!!!
And that’s it! There is a heavy apple pie (to me personally, the custard carrying not convince me) is light and very tasty! Hope you like and go for the Tuesday!
